Discussion Board: Guidelines

Welcome

Welcome to the Discussion Board website. We aim to create a location for discussion of relevant issues, with a goal of gaining a more diverse view of the world around us. There are no hard-and-fast rules, and all questions and thoughts are welcome; however, we do ask that you obey some guidelines.

Guidelines

Be a nice person.

To clarify:

  • Unnecessarily rude or vulgar comments will be deleted.
  • Try to stay on-topic: interesting digressions will be allowed (perhaps moved to a new thread) but those that are completely and utterly pointless will be removed, as they detract from the original spirit of the discussion at hand.

Admins make no guarantee that these guidelines will be enforced consistently or in a timely manner, and fervently hope that enforcement will not become necessary.
